The Position: Advertising Sales Client & Creative Services Director
Duties
The Advertising Sales Development Client & Creative Services Director is responsible for conceiving and developing creative marketing and sales materials and supporting sales collaterals that creatively showcase the firm's consumer activation platform for global brands. Clients are major entities within the F1000, Unicorn Brands and advertising agencies.
This role requires a self-starter who is innovative and takes initiative to think creatively and strategically while working collaboratively as a team player and on independent projects. This professional should have strong sales presentation, copy, and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone with exceptional creative attention to detail that enjoys a deadline-driven, upbeat work environment from creative conception, analytics to execution where everyone works together.
The “ideal-person” has the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive RFP's, Sales Decks and Creative Projects while making sure responses to business opportunities flow well, look great and are designed to activate customers.
Target verticals include the world’s leading Automotive, CPG, Electronics, Gaming, Entertainment, Sports, Travel & Leisure, Telecom, Financial, Fashion, QSR’s and many others that the company presents to and services.
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Experience conceptualizing integrated ideas for integrated media, writing proposals for RFP responses, sales support (including sales decks and one-sheets) and creatively bringing them to life, visually.

The ability to think strategically, understanding sales and marketing needs and translating those needs into compelling concepts and programs that create client enthusiasm. A person who enjoys being creative.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with others who also enjoy the process and workflow of conceiving and creating these types of creative sales and marketing materials and ideas for clients that activate consumers.

A Minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience with 3-4 years of interactive, online and or social media exposure to material related to consumer brands.

Any experience planning or strategic planning in an advertising agency or media environment where great ideas come to fruition, when placed, in front of the right audience would be ideal. A person who can relate to what consumers enjoy would be ideal.

Should be detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and drive process in a consistent manner for proposed timelines.

Excellent reasoning and "idea" skills to comprehend what the client needs and then engage and motivate consumers.

Ability to work proactively and independently with others who also truly enjoy what they do and where they work. This is a very positive culture.

The ability to conceive and execute materials for social media and online content that optimizes the firm's dominance in activating consumers on behalf of the Fortune 50-1000 and Unicorn Brands

Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel, etc.) and a good knowledge of social media platforms. The ability to place boring research (MRI, Nielsen, comScore, MediaRadar, etc.) into sales and marketing materials at times and make "even numbers look good".

Hands-on Design skills and full knowledge of Photoshop a must with InDesign and other design programs a plus.

A person who enjoys building presentations and has the creative drive to engage consumers & clients for global brands in diverse industries

BA/BS degree or equivalent, Master’s degree a plus
