Base compensation to $550,000 based on experience plus incentives/bonus and comprehensive benefits. Corporate relocation; executive travel; continuing education, generous PTO and additional defined and non-defined benefits are offered. This position requires moderate travel to manage facilities in Los Angeles and the New York Metropolitan area.
SUMMARY
One of the world’s most respected media, technology and entertainment conglomerates is seeking an SVP of Advanced Technology that will work with cross-functional technologists across the Firm and their diverse media holdings and external media partners. This executive will act as a sophisticated “Project Manager” to integrate and optimize technology from inception to implementation. This executive will represent technology interests to the industry and technology vendors.

REQUIREMENTS
-
A minimum of 10+ years of related technology management in the media, entertainment, technology industries or OEM's.

A history of managing large cross-functional technology teams including internal and external resources.

The ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Strong communication skills to represent the firm at industry events, with technology partners and the Firm’s recruitment efforts with advanced technology academic institutions.

Responsible for keeping senior management aware of progress and needed resources.

Exceptional project management skills related to the media, consumer electronics and or entertainment industries.

Exposure to biometric integration is highly desired with Iris, Fingerprint, Voice and Facial recognition systems.

Advanced degree(s) in engineering or related sciences required
